Allison, the oldest of the three sisters and a busy mom, is the driving force behind Baltic Born’s innovation. After living in 10 cities over 9 years, she gained a deep understanding of sisterhood and community. She motivates the team to prioritize customers in every decision. Passionate about designing clothes that make women feel beautiful, customer messages fuel her work. Baltic Børn is part of her heritage—introduced by their grandfather, who taught them the value of customer care. Allison is bilingual and loves Danish culture, often hosting aebleskivers and Christmas dinners.

Angela

Angela, the middle sister, is the visionary behind Baltic Børn’s growth. She finds solutions when paths aren’t clear and is constantly motivating all of us to be the best version of ourselves. Angela’s passion for travel shaped her belief that design can empower women, no matter where they are or their body type. When called to do something brave, she thinks of her son, who means the world to her, and might send a group text to her sisters to weigh in. She learned the value of believing in yourself and each other, even in tough times.

Marianne

Marianne, the youngest sister, is the creative force behind Baltic Børn’s style and innovation. From a young age, she dressed her dolls in chic mix-and-match ensembles and ‘fixed’ their hair, sharpening a critical eye that would later propel her into a successful career. This passion led her to become an award-winning hairstylist and inspired her to create clothing that makes women feel confident. Marianne redefined the shopping experience by prioritizing style and fit. She enjoys cozy evenings with her husband, cooking pasta and even wearing matching pajamas. Marianne listens and reflects before speaking, carefully processing the information around her.
